In this role, you’ll connect the dots between data, performance, and decision-making, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for marketing and commercial teams. You’ll build trusted dashboards, define measurement standards, and help create a consistent, data-driven approach across channels and business units.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Drives actionable insights for optimization to channel managers.
Supports end-to-end marketing performance measurement across channels and funnel stages, including reach, engagement, leads, pipeline, revenue, and ROI.
Builds and maintains executive-ready dashboards and scorecards with consistent KPI definitions, filters, and drill paths.
Establishes and maintains measurement frameworks, including KPI dictionaries, data sources, calculation logic, reporting cadence, and benchmarks.
Partners with multi-channel marketing teams to support lead lifecycle tracking, source attribution, and influence reporting.
Owns measurement-readiness standards, including UTM governance, tagging requirements, event tracking, and QA checklists.
Performs data QA and reconciliation across platforms, identifies anomalies, and drives root-cause resolution.
Creates repeatable reporting packs for weekly, monthly, launch, and business review rhythms.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field required.
5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, marketing operations, business intelligence, or a related function required
5+ years of experience with Salesforce, Sitecore, AEM, Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Marketo, and HubSpot required.
5+ years of experience developing KPI strategies, measurement methodologies, and performance reporting.
5+ years of advanced experience with reporting and data visualization tools inclusive of Power BI, Google Analytics 4, and Adobe Analytics required.
Preferred Requirements:
Degree concentration in Analytics, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Business, Data Science, or related field
Experience driving actionable insights to digital channel owners, building executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, attribution reporting, and data governance in marketing environments
Experience with marketing analytics, CRM/automation data, web analytics, and privacy-aware measurement practices
Knowledge of digital marketing measurement, attribution, campaign analytics, and marketing technology ecosystems.
Experience supporting global marketing organizations.
Experience establishing data governance and reporting standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Experience presenting findings and recommendations to business leaders and senior stakeholders.
This is a remote role with up to 20% travel.

Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $85,000- $148,000. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED’s good faith belief at the time of this posting.
