Within HP’s PC division, the marketing team is looking for aseasoned marketerwho hasdemonstrated the ability todrivethe development and execution of business-buildingmarketing strategiesYou willbe leadingpartnermarketingstrategy, messaging,andinitiativeswith key alliances. Youwill provide insightsgrounded in market, customer, andbusiness opportunity understanding, and guide customer-centric partnership strategies
The idealcandidatewillhave experience cuttingthrough silos and acrossanorganization to guide,align,and deliver successful execution of initiatives. They need to be creative, persuasive,havestrong analyticalskills,and a passionfor building relationships and collaborating with partners.
Reporting to theDirector ofAllianceMarketing, PS,you willwork witha team of marketing professionals based around the worldto bring yourstrategies to bear on the business.
Responsibilities:
Help craft an inspiring and dynamicpartnermarketing strategy, positioning and messaging that is unique and sets HP apart from the competition.
Demolish barriers and silos to createaconsolidatedstrategy that empowers GTM execution.
Develop and evangelize simple/clear assets that outline thevalueproposition, narrative, and messaging to drive common, globally understoodinitiatives.
Partner withMarketingand Commercial Organizationto builda clearmarketing vision and strategy for key partners thatdelivera distinct, differentiated, and relevant positioningin the market.
Strategically prove concepts that willexpand opportunities for our partnerships and deliver mutual benefit.
Work closelywith GTM teams todrive efficient strategies, manage budgets, support revenuegeneration, and sales growth with amarket-centricapproach.
Cultivateexcitement internally forour team’s efforts.
Knowledge and Skills
Minimum of 8 years inB2C and B2Bmarketing roles
Someone with experience in or extreme curiosity about Artificial Intelligence and uncovering what it can and will do for people.
Imaginationcoupled with relentlessresults-orientation
Expertiseinvalue proposition development, campaigncreation,and execution.
Experience inworking closely with GTM teams to design anddeliver withrelevant impact.
Storyteller, narrator, crafter of connections.
Agile, flexible, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
A collaborative leader who is experienced and comfortable working in a matrix structure.

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
