Global Manager, Time & Atendance
The Global Manager, Time and Attendance is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely management of employee timekeeping, labor tracking, end-to-end T&A processes, and workforce reporting across multiple countries within the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. This leadership role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Legal, and Internal Audit teams to ensure labor hours are properly recorded, coded, audited, and reported in compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, reporting accuracy, and operational scalability.
Maintain and strengthen vendor relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years of leading multi-country timekeeping administration.
