Job Description

We are looking for a Global Manager Recruiting Process & Systems (m/f/d) to lead and evolve our recruiting process and technology worldwide. This is a strategic role within our People+ division, working at the intersection of HR, IT, and innovation. You will drive the global design, performance, and future development of our recruiting platform.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Acting as Global System Owner for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
  • Managing, optimizing, and continuously developing the SuccessFactors Recruiting module
  • Partnering closely with IT teams and HR stakeholders across global subsidiaries
  • Planning and leading system upgrades, releases, testing cycles, and rollouts
  • Designing and implementinga global recruiting process, incl. reporting and KPIs
  • Identifying and introducing innovative technologies, digital solutions, and AI-driven approaches to further optimize recruiting

Your Profile:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field
  • Proven track record in recruiting process and system optimization on a global scale
  • Experience in working with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting,
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for further digital tools, and application of AI in Recruiting
  • Experience in international project management
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and structured thinking
  • Solid understanding of GDPR, compliance, and audit requirements in an international context
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); German is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate across cultures, and a high level of independence
