How you’ll make an impact:

The Global Manager, Hotel and Car Partner Support will have deep expertise in the hospitality ecosystem relating to hotel and car partners, alongside strong knowledge of products, platforms, and tools provided to partners. The role requires strong expertise in hotel and car products and technical solutions, including integrations, APIs, and distribution capabilities, enabling effective support, issue resolution, and partner enablement at scale. The role is responsible for leading and scaling global partner support operations, owning the end-to-end support strategy and delivering consistent service excellence across regions.

This role will also drive operational modernization by harnessing automation, digital capabilities, and AI to transform support delivery, enhance partner experience, and unlock measurable performance gains. The role partners closely with Commercial, Product, Technology, and regional Operations teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience at global scale while supporting growth and innovation.


Your role in action:

Global Partner Support Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end global partner support experience for hotel and car partners
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery with appropriate regional flexibility
  • Serve as senior escalation point for complex and cross-regional issues
  • Build strong relationships with strategic partners
  • Act as a subject matter expert on hotel and car products and technical solutions including APIs and integrations
  • Drive operational modernization using automation, AI, and digital technologies

    People Management & Leadership

  • Lead geographically distributed teams
  • Set clear goals and performance expectations
  • Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture
  • Drive talent development and succession planning
  • Build AI-enabled, data-driven capabilities within the team

    Operational Excellence & Scalability

  • Define and manage SLAs, KPIs, and operational standards
  • Drive performance across CSAT, resolution times, and backlog health
  • Implement scalable solutions across tools and processes
  • Ensure readiness for peak periods and product changes
  • Embed AI-driven insights to optimise performance and predict demand

    Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration

  • Partner with Commercial, Product, Technology, Finance, and Legal teams
  • Represent the voice of partners in global forums
  • Align global frameworks with regional needs
  • Support onboarding and partner program changes
  • Partner closely with Product and Technology teams on integrations, APIs, and platform capabilities
  • Champion AI and automation opportunities across the partner journey

    Strategy, Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to global support and partner experience strategy
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends and risks
  • Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide executive-level insights and reporting
  • Leverage AI and advanced analytics to drive decision-making

    Risk, Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy requirements
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
  • Maintain global policy consistency
  • Ensure responsible and compliant use of AI

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong global people management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of hotel and car products, distribution systems, and partner tools
  • Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and platform architecture

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in partner support and operations within hotel and car ecosystem
  • Experience managing global teams
  • Deep understanding of hotel and car products, distribution models, and technical solutions including APIs and integrations
  • Experience working with Product and Technology teams on integrations and issue resolution
  • Proven track record of driving modernization using AI and automation
  • Experience using data and analytics to improve performance
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
