Step into a global role where you can drive safety excellence and continuous improvement across international operations. As Global LPS Audit Manager, you will shape and strengthen loss prevention practices, ensuring compliance and elevating performance while growing yourexpertisein a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

Meet your future team

You will join a global network of safety, compliance, and operational excellence professionals across VELUX. The team collaborates closely with regional and local site leaders, insurance partners, and internal functions to ensure consistent and high-quality LPS (Loss Prevention System) standards.

The environment is highly collaborative and international, with strongknowledge-sharingacross functions and geographies. In this role, you will act as a key connector between global strategy and local execution, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement across all facilities.

What we offer

In this role, you will take ownership of the global LPS auditprogrammeand play a key role in strengthening safety and compliance standards.

More specifically your tasks will be to:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and follow-up of LPS audits across global facilities

  • Conduct on-site audits, including preparation, execution, and post-audit reporting

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, external standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Analyseaudit data, trends, and root causes to drive strategic improvements

  • Identifyimprovement areas and collaborate with site teams to implement solutions

  • Monitor and follow up on corrective and preventive actions

  • Prepare and present audit findings and progress reports to leadership

  • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistency in audit practices

  • Develop andmaintainglobal audit schedules and documentation

  • Act as subject matter expert on LPS topics across theorganisation

  • Provide training and support to sites on audit readiness and LPS standards

  • Update LPS standards in collaboration with internal stakeholders and insurance partners

  • Support factories and management with LPS-relatedexpertise

  • Participate in fire incident investigations and follow-up discussions with local teams

What you will bring

You are a structured and analytical professional with a strong passion for safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in a global environment.

Moreover, weexpect thatyou:

  • Hold aBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Have proven experience in audit management, ideally in a multinational manufacturing environment

  • Possess strong knowledge of loss prevention systems and compliance frameworks

  • Demonstrate excellent analytical,organisational, and communication skills

  • Are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across cultures

  • Are willing to travel internationally as part of the role
