The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Global Logistics Team Leader for Global Logistics, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

• Responsible for leading the assigned team within Global Logistics Performs transactional logistics activities alongside the team, including complex, non-routine, and escalated cases
• Responsible for performance management within the assigned team Identifies and drives implementation of process improvement opportunities
• Responsible for ensuring metrics are sustained and taking corrective actions if quality or service issues arise
• Develops and maintains expertise in Global Logistics end-to-end processes Performs analysis and maintenance of logistics and transportation transactional data
• Ensures processes are completed within SLA targets Responsible for ensuring the team completes all training and compliance requirements in a timely manner Assists in service expansion and transition activities into the team
• Monitors work queues and provides appropriate work direction
• Provides backup coverage and supports resource planning within the team Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

• Key skills – Previous experience working with SAP, knowledge of Spanish language will be an asset,
• Education - bachelor's degree
• Past experience - Previous experience working with Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics, Leader or supervisor experience

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Additional Skills - project management, demonstrated proficiency coordinating tasks
