You will operate at the intersection of supply chain, technology, and business leadership, partnering directly with senior executives to deliver step-change improvements in cost, service, and sustainability across one of the world’s largest consumer goods networks.
Key Responsibilities & The impact you’ll deliver
Shape Global Logistics Strategy
• Define and drive the end-to-end logistics Product agenda (process, technology, operating model)
• Drive adoption across markets, ensuring consistency and impact
• Lead cross-market alignment on standards, KPIs, and execution roadmaps
• Lead global initiatives to unlock cost-to-serve improvements, productivity gains, and service excellence (Cost to Serve, Design to Distribute, Direct Dispatch, etc.)
• Translate long-term strategy into a clear, executable global logistics roadmap
Lead Digital & AI-Driven Transformation
• Drive the adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and digital logistics solutions
• Elevate transport visibility and decision-making through real-time data and predictive insights
• Partner with Digital & Technology teams to build and scale next-generation logistics capabilities
Business Partner to Home Care Leadership
• Act as a strategic advisor to Home Care Supply Chain leadership
• Translate business needs into scalable logistics solutions and capabilities
• Co-create and deliver the 3-year logistics masterplan, ensuring alignment to business priorities
Deliver Performance at Scale
• Support global performance improvement across transport networks
• Improve cost, service reliability, and agility through continuous improvement and innovation
• Partner markets to deliver performance framework across regions
Represent Unilever Externally
