You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
Key responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted partner to stakeholder across Talent and Learning processes
Lead COE (Center of Excellence) calls and build strong, credible relationships, and proactivelyidentifyneeds of stakeholders
Project Management
Lead and manage multiple Talent & Learning projects. Be able to drive timelines, track deliverables, and ensure quality outcomes
Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and progress;Identifyrisks and propose solutions proactively
Process Improvements
Act as champion on the process improvement across Talent and Learning
Lead and support process improvement initiatives
Communication & Materials Development
Develop clear, engaging materials (guides, comms,etc)
Translate complex processes into simple, understandable messaging
What we are looking for:
Background in Talent and/or Learning processes
Background in Service now and Workday experience
Background in analyzing data and/or handling reports
Background in developing communication materials
Experience in project management or handling multiple initiatives
Strong stakeholder management
Good analytical and problem-solving ability
Team player, proactive, and self-driven
High sense of ownership and accountability
