The Learning and Development Analyst is the central coordinator and administrator of all Learning Operations, including managing and executing Learning and Development initiatives, managing our Learning Management System (Workday) and Learner Experience Platforms (Degreed), and providing accurate Learning Reports in a timely manner.
Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for curating content on our Learning Experience Platform and operationalizing our in-house Global Career Framework. The individual should also have facilitating experience.
This role requires an individual with tenacity, someone who not only plans and coordinates but also executes with precision and initiative. The ideal candidate will possess robust analytical, planning, and coordination skills, alongside proven expertise in stakeholder and project management, and systems thinking.
