The Lean Specialist will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership to deploy, implement, and drive the Lean Program across R&M (Repair & Maintenance) facilities, supporting operations in Villahermosa (Mexico), Colombia, and Argentina
This role will lead the transformation toward a Lean organization by implementing tools such as Value Stream Management, PQPR, Safety, 5S, TPM, Standard Work, Kanban/Pull Systems, Root Cause Analysis, Quality at the Source, Lean Daily Management, SMED, Poka-Yoke, Just-in-Time, Cellular Manufacturing, A3/PDCA Problem Solving, and similar methodologies. The objective is to establish, sustain, and strengthen a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
This position will work cross-functionally with teams including Service Quality, Warehouse, Repair & Maintenance, Supply Chain, HSE, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Quality across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, multi-country environment, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Visio, Power BI, JDE, and MyAdvisor is a plus.
