About this role

Global Lead Digital Cloud Alliances will be responsible for developing Alliances within the Digital Products and Solutions teams. The Digital teams are responsible for establishing the vision, shaping the strategy and executing the roadmap for innovative digital and IoT solutions that will position Carrier and our customers to succeed and create a healthier, safer and more sustainable world.

We are seeking an experienced Alliances leader who has successfully developed and managed partner Alliances at global scale with leading cloud providers and global systems integrators

Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with business stakeholders, articulate the vision for digital alliances and identifying near-term and long-term programs to build and support partner strategies.
• Employ design thinking to deeply understand business and a partner needs to deliver go-to-market business drivers
• Manage partner requirements; on-boarding, training, etc. synthesizing inputs from the BUs, sales and leadership teams.
• Define KPIs to evaluate partner usage, adoption, capabilities, business impact, etc., and prepare/publish Alliance KPI dashboard for executive and team consumption
• Develop Strategic plans to create focused initiatives, increase capabilities and the evolution of alliance to meet the business/market needs.
• Act as the primary alliance owner and partner closely with BUs in support of alliance requirements.
• This position may have direct or indirect management and/or mentorship of additional team members and participate in groups to co-share best practices

Basic Qualifications

• BS in engineering, technology
• 8+ years of Digital Alliance Management, AWS, Microsoft and/or Global Systems Integrators
• 5+years hands-on experience in implementing alliances across various partner types; ISVs, SI, Alliances, etc

Preferred Qualifications

Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:

• BS in other degree with related business experience
• Implementing Alliances and understanding of SaaS and/or IoT engagement experience highly desirable
• Strong presentation skills and experience with C-level engagements
• Global alliance management with experience in internationalization and localization
• Experience working with remote and globally distributed teams
