Our Global Key Account & End User Sales Channel manages large-volume, strategically important customers and projects, with a strong focus on recurring business. The two core application areas are Shop & Retail and Industry & Logistics, typically in the form of rollouts or project business (for Industry often turnkey solutions).

We are seeking a Global Key Account Manager – Sports & Fashion to lead and coordinate complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and strategic projects within our global Key Account organization. The role includes responsibility for a set of existing accounts as well as jointly agreed new accounts to be developed.
A significant part of this role will be the onboarding and international scaling of new key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Take a leading role in developing new and maintaining existing global key accounts.
  • Define project scope, set milestones, deliverables, and objectives in accordance with stakeholder requirements and tender documentation.
  • Identify internal and external resource needs and lead local key account managers and the bid team throughout the quotation and tender process (incl. lighting designers, back office, etc.).
  • Plan and schedule project tasks, track progress, and act as the timekeeper of the bid team.
  • Lead the commercial pricing process and prepare final quotations in close collaboration with the Head of Application (Industry), including assigning roles within the bid team.

Skills & Experience

  • Preferably a full-time role based at our headquarters in Dornbirn, Austria; active customer engagement and regular on-site visits are expected.
  • Willingness to work project‑based overtime to ensure client deadlines are met.
  • Previous experience in an international business environment managing senior stakeholders; Key Account Management experience in the lighting industry is a strong advantage.
  • Solid IT skills: CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in lighting calculations and lighting products is a plus.
  • Creative, solution-oriented, and strategically intelligent approach to achieving customer and company success.
