About the Role

We are looking for a Global IT Security Expert with a focus on Operational Technology (OT) to drive security across our global environment. You will lead key initiatives to protect industrial systems, ensure operational continuity, and strengthen our overall security posture while working closely with IT, OT, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead secure design and lifecycle management of OT environments (ICS, SCADA, PLC, DCS, HMI)

  • Define and implement OT/IT segmentation aligned with the Purdue Model

  • Oversee global security operations, including incident response and escalation handling

  • Collaborate with MSSP and internal teams on threat detection and response

  • Support core security domains (Vulnerability Management, PAM, DLP, Security Awareness)

  • Drive security architecture and transformation initiatives across hybrid environments

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK)

  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders (vendors, partners, clients)

  • Evaluate and optimize security tools, including OT platforms (e.g., Armis, Claroty, Dragos, Darktrace)

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field

  • English proficiency at minimum B2 level

  • 5–10 years of experience in IT/OT security or a related area

  • Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, OSCP or equivalent)

  • Strong knowledge of industry frameworks and standards (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443, NIST Cybersecurity Framework)

Technical Expertise

  • Experience with endpoint and infrastructure security

  • Knowledge of cloud security (Azure, Microsoft 365)

  • Familiarity with key security domains and tools: DLP, CASB, SIEM, PAM, Vulnerability Management

  • Experience with security awareness solutions (e.g., KnowBe4)

  • Ability to align security initiatives with business and risk objectives

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments

  • Capability to assess and mitigate complex security risks

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation in security practices

  • Experience implementing security solutions in scalable, complex environments
