Global IT Sales Specialist

Objective

Enhance the IT Sales & Transportation solutions focused on the global initiatives to reach the best methods and procedures among the different regions.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as an expert and main point of contact with the internal clients in the Sales & Transportation areas for IT solutions.
• Ensure the appliance of IT sales solutions (SAP SD) & Logistic Execution (TM/LE TRA) among the regions with periodical follow-ups and take pertinent actions to correct if required, design the solution and apply it in all the regions / Bus
• Drive forward and execute global logistics harmonization and standardization for the sales and transportation processes
• Managing the SAP logistics transitions for SD & LETRA (e.g. SAP S/4 HANA).
• Interact with SAP related vendors for implementation of IT projects collaborating with the regional IT representants.
• Contribute to improvements projects and IT solutions for sales and transportation areas to provide the users with the best experience.
• Manage the process of receiving and sending electronic information (EDI) with the final customers (OEMs) and vendors through production control roles.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering.
• Experience 3 years – SAP Sales & Distribution: Completion of an SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) Academy or equivalent training (proof required).Proven experience participating in SAP SD implementation projects, including interaction with other SAP Logistics modules. Experience configuring the SAP SD module, including Organizational Structure, Sales Documents, Pricing, Texts, Copy Control, Outputs, Billing, Logistics Execution, Transportation, Handling Units, Inbound Delivery, and Intercompany processes. Ability to work effectively with ABAP developers, including the preparation of functional specifications, change request management, and a solid understanding of SAP technical concepts and terminology.
• Experience 3 years – Automotive Industry (Outbound) - Experience configuring the SAP SD module, including Organizational Structure, Sales Documents, Pricing, Texts, Copy Control, Outputs, Billing, Logistics Execution, Transportation, Handling Units, Inbound Delivery, and Intercompany processes.
• Experience 2 years – SAP Transportation - Experience in business process modeling and SAP process integration.
• Experience 2 years – Project Management
• English – intermediate/advanced
