Job Description

The Global IT Infrastructure & Operations Lead at TopGum will oversee the strategic planning and execution of IT infrastructure and operations globally, ensuring efficient and secure technology services across the organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global IT infrastructure strategies to support business goals.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, ensuring uptime and performance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT solutions that align with business needs.
  • Evaluate and select technology vendors and manage relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to IT security.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on IT infrastructure performance and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations management.
  • Proven experience in leading global IT teams and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of network architecture, cloud technologies, and data center management.
  • Experience with IT security protocols and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
