Major Function
As a Global IT Configuration Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening Nilfisk’s global Endpoint Management platform and ensuring a secure, efficient, and scalable device environment. Based in Budapest, you will engineer and operate our global MDM setup, automate lifecycle processes, support large-scale deployments, and act as a subject matter expert in major change initiatives.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Infrastructure Services and collaborate with IT colleagues across Europe, the US, and APAC. Limited international travel may be required for workshops or global projects.
Essential Responsibilities
Engineer, operate, and continuously improve Nilfisk’s global MDM / Endpoint Management platform (Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Autopilot).
Plan, execute, and report on global rollouts of applications, patches, security improvements, and configuration changes across a large device landscape.
Develop and maintain PowerShell automations and integrations using Microsoft Graph API and other system APIs (e.g., ServiceNow).
Build and maintain Azure Automation runbooks and Logic Apps supporting endpoint governance, deployment processes, remediation, and lifecycle actions.
Act as an L3 escalation point for endpoint‑related incidents and provide expert guidance for global projects impacting the endpoint environment.
Ensure alignment and smooth interaction between Intune, Entra ID, Azure Automation, Graph, Logic Apps, and ServiceNow across the endpoint ecosystem.

Qualifications to Succeed in the Position
To thrive in this role, we imagine you bring:
Some experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices in an enterprise environment
Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365
Ability to create PowerShell‑based automations and work with API integrations
Working knowledge of Microsoft Graph API
A structured, analytical mindset and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
A proactive, collaborative approach to working in a global IT environment
You will apply these skills to automate device lifecycle tasks, ensure a secure endpoint ecosystem, and support major global improvements in Nilfisk’s digital workplace.
