Your Job

You will play a critical role in delivering and supporting enterprise financial systems that enable global finance operations. Working closely with Finance, Tax, IT, external vendors, and implementation partners, you will ensure business requirements are translated into effective system solutions while maintaining compliance with evolving statutory and electronic invoicing regulations. You will contribute throughout the solution lifecycle from requirements gathering and design through testing, deployment, and ongoing production support.

What You Will Do

  • Gather and analyze business requirements for finance system enhancements, integrations, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain Lean Specifications for Infor M3 and legacy system integrations.
  • Collaborate with business, functional, technical teams, and vendors to deliver finance solutions.
  • Support testing, defect resolution, and production support for financial systems.
  • Maintain tax configurations and ensure compliance with global e-Invoicing and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Support global Finance & Tax transformation initiatives and drive continuous process improvements.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Finance or ERP systems.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
  • Knowledge of ERP financial processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, and Financial Reporting.
  • Experience supporting system integrations, data mappings, and testing activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and global project teams.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with Infor M3 ERP.
  • Knowledge of legacy Guardian financial systems.
  • Experience creating and maintaining Lean Specifications.
  • Understanding of global tax regulations, indirect tax, VAT, and fiscal reporting.
  • Experience with e-Invoicing platforms such as EDICOM.
  • Knowledge of SAF-T, FAIA, electronic document declarations, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Experience supporting global ERP implementations and finance transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with system integration technologies, financial data conversions, and interface design.
  • Experience working in Agile and Lean delivery environments.
