
Responsible for driving the growth of the Global IoTMart e-commerce platform, enabling regional sales teams to adopt digital sales strategies, promoting O2O/OMO initiatives, and achieving measurable KPI targets. Key Objectives & Responsibilities
Digital Sales Transformation:
Promote O2O/OMO strategiesto help regional teams transition to digital sales models.
Develop playbooksand essential materials to support digital sales transformation and ensure smooth collaborationwith regional sales teams.
Monitor and optimize O2O and regional enablement performanceusing BI dashboards
Design and implement sales-boosting tools and programs, including incentive mechanisms and O2O promotional events
Manage lead distributionto regional sales teams and track nurturing outcomesto drive sector growth and incubation.
Franchise Model Enablement:
Collaborate with regional sales teamsto establish and scale the IoTMart franchise modelin select markets
Enhance the franchise collaboration modeland adapt it to local market needs
Define clear and feasible business and collaboration frameworksbetween regional direct-owned stores and franchise partners
Global IoTMart Sales Related Initiatives:
Drive sales performanceand manage sales inquiriesto improve conversion rate.
Actively launch sales-boosting campaigns and initiatives, coordinating resources to meet sales targets.
Optimize sales growth and achieve sales KPIsthrough data-driven sales analysisusing sales records and BI dashboards
Qualifications
Education:Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:3–5 yearsin Business Development, Product Marketing, Digital Sales Transformation or related fields

管理商機 (Lead) 分配,並追蹤區域業務團隊的跟進狀況,以推動特定產業領域的市場孵化與成長。
2. 加盟 (Franchise) 模式推動
與區域業務團隊合作,在 特定市場導入 IoTMart 加盟模式。
優化 IoTMart 加盟合作模式,並針對不同市場需求進行本地化調整。
定義 區域直營店 (Direct-Owned Store) 與加盟店的商業合作模式與運作流程,確保順利運行。
3. Global IoTMart 銷售業務推動
提升Global IoTMart電商平台銷售表現,管理 全球銷售詢問 (Sales Inquiry),提高轉換率。
主動策劃跟落實銷售增長活動,協調內外部資源以達成銷售目標。
透過 數據分析(BI 儀表板與銷售數據),優化銷售策略,確保 銷售 KPI 達成。
資格條件
學歷
商業管理、行銷或相關領域之 學士學位(碩士學位尤佳)。
工作經驗
3–5 年相關經驗,包含 業務拓展 (BD)、產品行銷 (Product Marketing)、數位銷售轉型 (Digital Sales Transformation)或相關領域。
