As a seasoned Investment Banking professional, you will have experience developing strong relationships with corporate and financial institution clients and working across a range of products. You will work on deals and transactions across the spectrum of our banking products, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, divestitures, restructurings, and cross-border transactions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary day-to-day client point of contact and lead banker on deals.
  • Review and coordinate the analytical work of junior bankers to advance the marketing and execution process.
  • Train and mentor junior bankers.
  • Refine marketing and execution materials to maximize client impact.
  • Oversee the creation of financial projection models.
  • Identify and manage key risks in a given transaction.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on transactions (e.g., lawyers, accountants, counterparties).
  • Lead client negotiations, Q&A processes, and management interviews.
  • Manage cross-border transactions and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant investment banking experience.
  • Highly driven, detail-oriented, and diligent, with strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
  • Well-versed in ECM and M&A, with a track record of leading transaction execution.
  • Ability to interact comfortably with clients and senior management.
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients across the APAC region.
