We are seeking an experienced and motivated Global ICS Manager to manage and further develop the Internal Control System (ICS) framework across TRATON Financial Services.

This is a key leadership position within the Risk Management function, responsible for driving excellence in internal controls, governance and reporting across our global organisation. Reporting to the Head of Risk Management, you will lead and develop the global ICS team while working closely with stakeholders across Head Office and Business Units to strengthen the control environment, enhance efficiency and support sustainable growth.

The role combines people leadership, strategic development and operational delivery. A particular focus will be on improving processes, increasing the effectiveness of reporting and leveraging digital solutions, including Artificial Intelligence, to create greater efficiency, transparency and business value.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and inspire the global ICS team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Define and drive the strategic roadmap for the ICS function across TRATON Financial Services.
  • Own and continuously enhance the Internal Control System framework across the organisation.
  • Coordinate and support control assessments, testing activities, remediation plans and reporting processes.
  • Provide guidance, support and training to Head Office functions and Business Units regarding the application of the ICS framework.
  • Promote a strong risk and control culture throughout the organisation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, simplifying and standardising processes where appropriate.
  • Develop and enhance management reporting and control monitoring capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to utilise automation, digital tools and AI-driven solutions to improve reporting efficiency and control effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit and business stakeholders globally.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and industry best practice relating to internal controls and governance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior management on ICS-related matters and provide clear, insightful reporting on the effectiveness of the control environment.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and act as a trusted adviser on internal controls and governance matters.

Who You Are


You are a natural leader with a passion for developing people, challenging the status quo and creating a culture of continuous improvement. You combine strong technical expertise with a pragmatic and collaborative approach and are comfortable operating in an international environment. We believe you will bring:

  • Significant experience within Internal Control Systems (ICS).
  • 3-4 years of people leadership experience (people manager/ functional manager/ project manager) coming together with a track record of building engaged, high-performing teams.
  • Genuine interest in process improvement, digitalisation and the application of AI to business processes and reporting.
  • Sound understanding of governance, risk and control frameworks.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken is obligatory, Swedish is nice to have.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a structured and pragmatic approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage constructively with senior management and other key stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution and drive change in a complex international environment.
  • Ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies within a global organisation.
