We are searching for an experienced Internal Communications Manager with a track record of successful implementation to lead global communications strategy and drive execution from our global headquarters. You will be part of a lean and central team, responsible for designing and delivering impactful, enterprise-wide communications campaigns. The team works closely with regional and country support to align employees to business priorities, strengthen culture, and support large-scale organizational change.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape global messaging, influence how the organization communicates its strategy and purpose, and engage employees to grow alongside the company as it continues to evolve. You will think strategically, have strong business acumen, and a hands-on, can-do approach to designing and implementing inspiring campaigns that bring compelling stories to life.
Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, the role will be part of the global Corporate Communications team, where you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with colleagues across businesses, functions, and time zones. So, you need to be smart and efficient in your approach, with strong initiative and sound judgment, be able to juggle priorities, and have a keen eye for detail.
