Shape the Future of Innovation at Sika!

Innovation is a key driver of Sika's success. To strengthen our Global Innovation Management team, we are looking for a motivated and technically savvy professional who will help shape and continuously improve our global innovation ecosystem.

In this role, you will combine innovation management, digital platform administration, process optimization, user enablement, and stakeholder engagement. You will act as the bridge between business users, innovation teams, IT, and software providers to ensure that our innovation platforms and processes create value for employees worldwide.

• Own and continuously enhance Sika’s global innovation platforms (HYPE), including configuration, administration, and implementation of new functionalities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions, workflows, and user-friendly platform capabilities.
• Drive the optimization, digitalization, and standardization of global innovation processes and best practices.
• Partner with innovation teams, business stakeholders, IT, and external software providers to deliver effective platform and process solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training, user guidance, and enablement activities to support adoption and engagement across the organization.
• Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a strong global innovation community.
• Monitor platform usage, process performance, and key metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Innovation Management, Digital Business, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in innovation management, idea management or innovation processes as Project Lead, Process Manager or Product Owner.
• Experience with platform administration, business applications, workflow-driven systems, or process management in an international environment.
• Strong technical affinity with the ability to translate business requirements into effective digital solutions.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise software, system configuration, and collaboration with IT teams, software providers, and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive approach to work.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong customer and user focus with a commitment to driving adoption and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Preferred

• Experience with Stage-Gate or Portfolio Management solutions.
• Experience creating digital learning content, user documentation, or training programs.
• Knowledge of Change Management, User Adoption, or Community Management.
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools.
