YOUR ROLE

As part of the scaling up of our HR Controlling team, your role will be to analyze existing processes, identify and propose improvements in data utilization, and ensure their implementation through action plans.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

HR Data Quality & Governance

  • Contribute to the HR Data Quality task force and support the implementation of data improvement action plans
  • Contribute to strengthening HR data governance and the reliability of HR reporting.
  • Monitor and improve data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across HR systems
  • Identify data issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions with HR teams
  • Promote data ownership and accountability across the HR network

HR Data Analysis & Closing

  • Provide qualitative analysis on key HR KPIs (headcount, SG&A headcount, Labor cost etc.)
  • Drive HR closing process and ensure accuracy and ontime of HR reporting
  • Ensure timeless treatment of Adhoc requests

HR Reporting & Dashboard Management

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and HR leadership to understand reporting needs and priorities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards (Qlik, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Translate business and HR Controlling questions into business specifications and work with Data team on its deployment
  • Support automation and simplification of reporting processes
  • Automate recurring HR reports where possible to improve timeliness and reduce manual workload
  • Proactively identify ways to enhance HR reporting, KPIs, and analytics to better support HR decision-making.
  • Promote the adoption and effective use of HR dashboards

Data Cleaning & Continuous Improvement

  • Perform regular data validation and cleaning activities
  • Improve data reliability through standardized processes and controls
  • Contribute to optimization of HR data flows and reporting tools

Stakeholder Collaboration & HR Network Engagement

  • Collaborate with HR, HRIS, Finance, and Data teams
  • Part of HR Data Quality workforce
  • Support and challenge HR teams to ensure timely data corrections
  • Support HR users in understanding and interpreting HR reports and dashboards (short guides, training sessions, or FAQs).

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar role within an HR or finance environment.
  • Master’s degree or engineering school graduate.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and/or Qlik Sense is a plus for the role.
  • Strong analytical skills, initiative, and the ability to present information in a clear, concise, and accurate manner.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
