Global HSE Director owns the global health, safety, and environmental system for Aerones field operations. Ensures all technicians, crews, and operational staff work safely across all service lines and regions. This role establishes standards, drives compliance, investigates incidents, and builds a prevention-oriented safety culture.
The Global HSE Director is visible in the field - not a headquarters-only function. As the owner of Aerones’ HSE system, this role sets the standards that protect every technician working at height and ensures those standards become embedded practice on every wind turbine, every day. The Director works shoulder-to-shoulder with Field Service Managers, Crew Managers, and technicians to make safety a lived operational habit rather than a paperwork exercise.
This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution - building a world-class HSE framework, driving compliance across regions, leading incident investigations, and turning data into prevention. Safety performance is your scorecard.

Aerones is an innovative company that has developed robotic technology for wind turbine blade maintenance services, such as:
• Conductivity measurements and trouble-shooting;
• Drainage hole cleaning;
• External inspection of the wind turbine blades;
• Internal inspection of the blades;
• Blade & Tower cleaning;
• Coating application on the leading edges;
• Leading-edge repair.
The technology in use is controlled remotely. In addition, it is compact and easily transportable.
Aerones is the first company in the world to provide the services using robotic technology: the maintenance process does not require technicians to work in dangerous heights, and thus is much safer, more efficient, and the downtime of the turbines is decreased significantly.
