What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Global HRIS Professional Lead to join our HR team as an individual contributor, reporting to the VP of Global Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day administration, maintenance, operation, configuration, support, and continuous optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors platform.

You will be partnering closely with HR, IT, and other global stakeholders, and translating business needs into scalable and user-friendly technology solutions. In addition, you will be responsible for system security, system integration, implementations, and alignment with organizational policies and business needs.

How will you make an impact?

  • Oversee the daily administration of the SAP SuccessFactors system for our EC, Performance, Onboarding, Compensation, Time-Off, and reporting modules
  • Be the point of contact for SF modules support and provide end-user support
  • Configure and maintain HR systems, ensuring data integrity and system functionality
  • Partner with the HR team to configure, maintain, and operate the system to reflect business processes
  • Manage HRIS projects, including developing project plans and tracking progress
  • Manage the integration of SF with local applications with the Business Applications team
  • Maintain system security roles, permissions, user accounts, and supporting content (for example, profiles, forms, updates to notifications, templates, pick lists, settings, field labels, etc.)
  • Research and Resolving system issues
  • Be a main driver of HR Innovation solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, systems information, or any relevant degree
  • 2-5 years’ experience in Success Factors applications
  • Fluent in English
  • Project Management skills
  • Independence and Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in designing & implementing HR business processes
  • Advantage: Familiarity with SuccessFactors ISC, Integration Center, and Custom MDF
