In HR, you help build and support the organization behind our success. From talent acquisition to learning and people analytics, you contribute to developing the people and culture needed for sustainable leadership and growth.

Your responsibilities as a Global HR Trainee:

• Work directly with the CHRO on strategic HR projects, delivering insights, analysis, and recommendations that support decision‑making.
• Participate in HR projects across all HR functions (HRBP, Rewards, Talent & Learning, HR Analytics).
• Participate in projects across other company functions and markets, gaining close exposure to senior leadership through cross‑functional and cross‑country rotations.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and insights for senior leadership meetings.
• Actively contribute ideas to improve processes, drive innovation, and challenge the status quo.

Your profile:

• Education: You are a recent master’s graduate in Business or HR, with strong academic performance.
• Practical Experiences: You already gained some practical experience through internships or working student positions in the HR department (1-2 years), ideally within multinational environments.
• Skills: You can apply strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, communicate effectively, and organize tasks efficiently. You can manage negotiations, resolve conflicts, and handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with Copilot.
• Language Proficiency: You speak English fluently; German is a plus.
• Mindset: You are curious, proactive, and energized by solving complex challenges.
• Motivation: You thrive in international, cross-functional environments and are motivated to grow into a future leadership role. You also have a strong interest in future-oriented HR solutions (e.g., AI in HR) and the TowerCo industry.

• Start: October 2026 with Global Onboarding in Düsseldorf
• Contract: Fixed term (2 years)
• Location: Athens (Greece) or Düsseldorf (Germany)
