  • The Global HR Systems Enablement Lead is responsible for providing advanced functional and operational support for McCormick’s global HR technology portfolio, including SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • This role serves as a subject matter expert for complex system issues, end-to-end process execution, and ongoing system optimization to ensure a stable, effective, and user-friendly HRIS experience for employees and HR stakeholders globally.
  • The role leads short- and long-term continuous improvement initiatives and projects that enhance, integrate, and standardize HR processes across McCormick’s global HRIS platform.
  • Working closely with global stakeholder teams across McCormick’s OneHR model, McIT, and other cross-functional partners, this position helps drive HR technology priorities, improve system adoption, and support global process consistency.
  • In addition, the HR System Operations Lead is responsible for developing and delivering HRIS user training, documentation, and guidance to enable effective and optimal use of SuccessFactors and related HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced support for HR system & processes. Including resolving Tier 3 user and stakeholder support requests.
  • Use advanced specialized knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors system to address system breaks and continuously improve HRIS effectiveness through technology adoption and process development
  • Create and maintain documentation, including process mapping, user guides, and training materials for Global users of SuccessFactors. This includes delivering effective global user training.
  • Leverage process expertise to lead projects to continue to optimize and increase adoption of HRIS technology to create a stable, user-friendly HR system.

Required Experience -

  • 5+ years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in SuccessFactors administration.
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment responding to challenges with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to deliver. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to achieve objectives.

Interpersonal Skills -

  • Skills and HPO Competencies - Business Expertise - Hands-on SuccessFactors experience and implementing end to end processes to support a global organization.
  • Problem Solving - This position requires advanced levels of problem solving abilities to ensure employees have successful resolution of their issues.
  • Nature of Impact - Directly responsible for working with clients throughout the business to understand and resolve issues. This position will have a global effect by ensuring our employees have access to the HR technology portfolio.
  • Interactions - The candidate will interact frequently with the key internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
