Global HR Services Specialist (f/m/d)

Ready to help shape the future of our HR operations? We're building a strong HR Global Services center in Cluj and are looking for someone to drive global employee life-cycle processes across 30+ countries. Join us and make a real impact from day one.

What you will do:

• Manage employee data and system maintenance across SAP and SuccessFactors platforms
• Support employees through HR self-service tools and provide process guidance
• Act as first-level support for global queries, such as performance management processes and global guidelines
• Handle employee life-cycle events, including service anniversaries, degree changes, and spot bonus payments
• Maintain external contractor records globally and ensure accurate digital personnel documentation
• Create and update recurring and ad-hoc HR reports, and contribute to initiatives that optimize and digitalize our HR processes

What you bring & who you are:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience in HR administration within a multinational environment, ideally 2-3 years
• Comfortable managing multiple initiatives and working with HR tools such as SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Detail-oriented, organized, and genuinely service-minded
• A collaborative team player with initiative and a strong sense of ownership — even if you don't tick every box, we'd love to hear from you
