Global HR Operations & Process Lead
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced HR professional to lead our global HR processes and ensure smooth HR operations in Finland. In this senior role, you will combine strategic process ownership with operational excellence—playing a key part in building a modern, consistent, and engaging employee experience across all Medix Biochemica locations.
Your Role
Global HR Processes & Systems
Own and develop core global HR processes (e.g. Performance Development, Compensation).
Ensure best‑practice HR processes are implemented consistently in all countries together with local HR.
Lead the optimization, automation, and maintenance of HR systems.
Develop HR dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decisions.
Ensure high-quality, secure, and accurate HR data across systems.
Operational HR Excellence
Maintain global policies, guidelines, and templates that strengthen compliance and consistency.
Build strong collaboration with external HR and payroll vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.
Act as a visible, proactive partner for leaders and stakeholders.
HR Operations in Finland
Ensure full compliance with Finnish labor laws, collective agreements, and local HR requirements.
Lead Finnish compensation and benefits processes.
Implement local development initiatives that enhance employee experience and support our employer brand.
Employer Branding Impact
Strengthen Medix Biochemica’s employer brand through high-quality HR operations and consistent global practices.
What You Bring
Experience in roles combining strategic HR and daily operational responsibility.
Strong expertise in designing and improving HR processes.
Hands-on experience with HRIS, automation, and process optimization.
Ability to build and interpret HR analytics and reporting.
Solid understanding of payroll, compliance, and HR service delivery.
Experience collaborating with external vendors and global/matrix teams.
In-depth knowledge of Finnish labor law and collective agreements.
Confident, proactive communicator able to drive adoption of new practices.
You have a university degree and several years of experience from large and/or mid-sized companies
