At Rhenus, we connect people, technologies and opportunities around the globe. As our Global HR IT Service Desk Manager (Workday), you will ensure a seamless support experience for employees, managers and HR teams while driving service excellence across our global HR technology landscape.

• Lead the global HR IT Service Desk for Workday
• Ensure high-quality support services and achievement of service level targets.
• Manage incidents, requests, problem management and knowledge management processes.
• Support the Workday Product Owner Team with automation of business processes.
• Monitor support performance through KPIs and user satisfaction metrics.
• Partner with HR, IT and global stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and self-service capabilities.
• Support Workday releases, enhancements and adoption initiatives globally.

What You Bring:

• Experience in HR Systems, HR Technology or IT Service Management.
• Strong Workday support and service delivery experience.
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes, Target Operating Model and best practices.
• Experience managing support teams and/or external service providers.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for improving the employee experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
