Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Netanya

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Global Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will manage our dedicated HR team and serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to managers globally (offices in Israel and EoRs outside Israel). In this role, you will champion the employee experience, lead our talent acquisition strategy, drive compensation planning, and ensure our HR operations are scalable, compliant, and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

HR Leadership & Global Business Partnership

• Lead, mentor, and develop the internal HR team, ensuring high-quality support across the organization.

• Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to department heads and managers, providing guidance on organizational design, conflict resolution, workforce planning, and employee relations.

• Oversee global recruiting efforts, ensuring we attract, interview, and hire top-tier talent efficiently.

Compensation & Performance Management

• Lead the company’s compensation strategies, alongside the finance team, including managing annual merit cycles, salary benchmarking, and other benefits (equity and token based) reviews to ensure we remain competitive.

• Design and execute the annual feedback management process, helping managers set clear goals, conduct effective reviews, and build development plans.

Employee Experience & Culture

• Drive initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance company culture.

• Monitor employee engagement through surveys and feedback loops, developing actionable plans to improve retention.

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions from onboarding through offboarding.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure the company is fully compliant with local, state, and international labor laws while maintaining and updating company policies and employee handbooks to reflect current regulations and best practices.

• Oversee HR data, systems (HRIS), and reporting, providing leadership with actionable metrics on turnover, time-to-hire, and employee demographics.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.

• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, empathy, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Global Expertise: Proven experience supporting a globally distributed workforce and navigating international labor laws.

• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of how HR impacts business performance; comfortable partnering with executive leadership.
