Global HR Compensation Analyst

As a Global HR Compensation Analyst, you will play an important role in the operational delivery of Vanderlande's global compensation programmes across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
You will support market benchmarking, annual merit and incentive cycles, compensation reporting, Workday-related activities, and compensation data management. By preparing and validating data, coordinating stakeholder input, and translating compensation information into clear insights, you will contribute to accurate and timely compensation decision-making. This role combines analytical rigour with a practical continuous improvement mindset. You will identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, and automate recurring processes, calculations, reporting, and documentation, helping create compensation processes that are efficient, controlled, and scalable.You will work closely with Total Rewards, HR Technology, Finance Shared Services, and HR stakeholders across different regions to ensure accurate and timely execution of global compensation activities.

You will report to the Global HR Specialists Lead and be part of the Global HR Specialists team within Regional HR & Global Services. The team delivers specialist HR support across HR Technology, Learning, Service & Knowledge Management, and People Analytics, supporting approximately 10,000 employees across North America, EMEA, and APAC. The role is based in Pune and works closely with Total Rewards, HR Technology, Finance Shared Services, and other HR stakeholders across the regions.
