As a Global HR Business Partner, you will partner with leaders and teams across the global PTx Supply Chain organization and Corporate Strategy & Transformation function. In this role, you will translate business priorities into people strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness, develop talent, support transformation initiatives, and drive business performance. You will work in a highly collaborative global environment, providing strategic HR guidance while partnering with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions that enable growth, engagement, and long-term success.
This position can be based at one of our AGCO locations in Germany: Marktoberdorf, Asbach-Bäumenheim, Feucht, Hohenmölsen, Salzkotten or Wolfenbüttel. Employees working from an AGCO location are expected to follow our hybrid work model, with a minimum of 3 days per week spent on-site to support collaboration and teamwork.
For candidates who are unable to work from one of these locations, a remote working arrangement within Germany can be considered. In such cases, occasional travel to AGCO sites may be required based on business needs, collaboration requirements, and key stakeholder meetings.
