Job Description

The Global Business Partner, People & Culture, Energy primarily acts as a strategic connector and facilitator of global People & Culture (P&C) support within the Infrastructure + Energy Business Line by driving proactive education, integration and alignment of global P&C initiatives, tailored to the needs of the Energy Sector.

This role will act as a strategic connector and facilitator of global P&C support within the Energy sector, ensuring alignment with business priorities while championing the SJ Group people agenda. The successful candidate will work closely with senior sector leaders, P&C Centres of Excellence, and regional teams, representing P&C at global leadership forums and shaping initiatives across culture, talent management, succession planning, diversity, workforce mobility, and organisational planning.

The incumbent will role model the SJ Group values, ethics and code of conduct and ensure all business activities are carried out in accordance with these guiding principles.

This is a part-time position where you are required to work a minimum of 24 hours a week.

  • Collaborating with Centres of Excellence to deliver change and transformation initiatives.

About you

Minimum 10 years’ experience in the management of human resources within professional services and has the demonstrated ability to consistently display:

  • Proven capacity to operate both strategically and operationally with expertise in strategic development and execution across a range of human resources, organisational and cultural change programs;
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in partnership with senior leaders, managers and employees to implement organisational improvements;
  • Experience in change management and successfully leads change;
  • Establishment of internal client networks with proven ability to develop and maintain trust;
  • Project coordination and management.
