Job Description

Reporting to the CHRO, the Global Head of Talent & Culture with their team will drive and deliver best-in-class frameworks in Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to ensure the right tools and practices are in place to attract, build, and retain our talent. In this role, you will also shape and champion our Diversity & Inclusion vision, embedding it into our culture to foster growth, innovation, and belonging.

Initial focus of this position will be developing an integrated talent and performance framework for a Privat-Equity backed company encompassing succession planning, performance management, leadership development and critical role identification. Working closely with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders globally, the role will ensure talent strategies align with organizational priorities of value creation and that the right people are in the right roles at the right time. This position offers the opportunity to build and embed scalable talent practices, leverage technology, and data-driven insights, and drive meaningful organizational impact across a complex international environment. This is not a traditional, academically oriented Talent & Culture role. Rather, it will bring a highly business-centric mindset, translating business strategy into practical talent and organizational solutions that drive measurable impact.

This position is part of the Solutions business (Solco) within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH, as part of the divestment to CVC Capital.

Salary range for AT: depending on the qualification we offer a minimum salary of 150.000€ base/year/gross
In addition to a competitive compensation package, we offer a company car and a range of attractive benefits.

Your key responsibilities

  • Translate SolCo’s value creation agenda into an integrated Talent & Culture roadmap, ensuring talent, leadership, organizational effectiveness, and culture priorities are directly linked
  • Define and manage critical roles, value-driving capabilities, and succession priorities, ensuring the best talent is deployed against the roles, markets, customers, and transformation initiatives that matter most
  • Build a performance management approach suited to a private equity environment, with clear goal setting, stronger performance differentiation, disciplined feedback, accountability for outcomes, and a direct connection between performance, rewards, and value creation
  • Accelerate leadership capability by developing leaders who can operate with an ownership mindset, speed, commercial intensity, cost consciousness, and the ability to lead through carve-out complexity and change
  • Establish a pragmatic talent review and succession planning rhythm for the Executive Committee, regions, and critical functions, providing visibility on talent risks, retention priorities, readiness gaps, and build/buy decisions
  • Shape a lean, scalable learning and capability-building agenda focused on the skills SolCo needs to win, including commercial excellence, transformation execution, people leadership, digital enablement, and functional capability uplift
  • Strengthen organizational effectiveness by supporting operating model evolution, role clarity, decision rights, skills-based team design, and employee listening, while leading culture and engagement priorities that reinforce an ownership culture, inclusion, learning mindset, and high-performance ways of working
  • Drive talent acquisition, employer branding, and data-driven talent governance, building a distinctive employee value proposition while providing leadership visibility on critical role coverage, succession health, retention risks, leadership pipeline strength, and capability gaps

We Offer

  • A unique opportunity to shape the Talent & Culture agenda of a global organization during an exciting phase of growth, transformation, and value creation
  • A highly visible leadership role with direct exposure to the CHRO, Executive Committee, and senior business stakeholders worldwide
  • The chance to build and embed modern, scalable Talent & Culture frameworks that will have a lasting impact on the organization’s future success
  • An entrepreneurial and dynamic environment where you can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and see the direct impact of your work
  • Collaboration with talented colleagues and leaders across regions, functions, and cultures in a truly international setting

You Bring

  • Proven experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or broader Talent & Culture functions within international and matrixed organizations
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent strategies, including succession planning, performance management, leadership pipelines, and high-potential programs
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic objectives into practical, value-creating people solutions in fast-paced and transforming environments
  • Experience partnering and influencing senior executives and business leaders across global organizations, with outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging people analytics, talent insights, and HR technology to support decision-making and organizational effectiveness
  • Experience in Private Equity-backed businesses, carve-outs, integrations, or large-scale transformations is highly desirable
