What you will do:
PGIM Real Estate is seeking a senior executive to lead end-to-end servicing and asset-level administration for commercial real estate loan portfolios totaling $135B+ in AUM/AUA. The Global Head of Servicing for PGIM Real Estate Loan Services includes leadership responsibility for a globally distributed team of more than 160 employees. The role ensures operational excellence across servicing and asset management functions and partners closely with Originations, Portfolio Management, Legal, Finance, Treasury and other senior leaders to ensure the platform operates smoothly, scales thoughtfully and continues to meet the needs of borrowers, investors and regulators.

Loan Services provides services for the commercial mortgage loans originated through all PGIM RE’s capital sources including Affiliate Commercial, Affiliate Agriculture, government agencies (FHA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac), Institutional Investors - both domestic and international, and other third-party investors. Loan Services is one of the largest divisions of Loan Services is the 13th largest commercial mortgage servicing company in the industry.
