As Global Head of Growth Marketing (m/f/d), you will report to the Head of Global Marketing & Digital. The role is based in Obernai or Paris (France), or Frankfurt am Main or Blieskastel (Germany), on a permanent contract.

What you will do?

• Define and lead the global growth marketing strategy in line with business ambitions.
• Turn customer, market and business insights into clear priorities, investment choices and scalable programmes.
• Build an integrated demand-to-revenue engine across acquisition, conversion, retention and expansion.
• Partner with Sales, Business Segments and local markets to generate qualified demand and accelerate pipeline growth.
• Use KPIs, analytics, attribution and experimentation to optimise performance and marketing investment.
• Lead and develop global teams while embedding growth marketing capabilities and best practices across the organisation.

What about you?

• You bring significant experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation or B2B marketing in an international environment.
• You have delivered measurable pipeline, revenue and customer growth through global marketing strategies.
• You understand the full customer funnel and have strong expertise in digital marketing, CRM and lifecycle marketing.
• You use data, KPIs and experimentation to improve performance and guide investment decisions.
• You are a business-oriented and empowering leader who can develop teams and influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
• You are fluent in English. French or German, and experience in a technical or industrial environment, would be advantageous.
