The Global Head of Environmental Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) is accountable for the enterprise-wide strategy, governance, and performance of EHS&S across global operations. This role provides executive leadership to ensure the protection of people, stewardship of the environment, effective risk management, and advancement of sustainability priorities across the end-to-end value chain, including R&D, Supply Chain, Facilities, and Commercial activities.
Reporting to the VP Global RE, FM& Corporate Operations, this role establishes direction, sets governance, and ensures consistent execution of EHS&S management systems worldwide. The Global Head of EHS&S leads a diverse global organization comprising functional, regional, and systems leadership and serves as the senior authority for EHS&S risk, compliance, and performance.
Provides executive leadership during crisis management situations involving significant safety, environmental, or sustainability risk.
Sponsors enterprise-wide EHS&S transformation, capability-building, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related technical discipline.
Required Years of Related Experience: Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in environmental, health, safety, sustainability, facilities risk, operations or related disciplines, including senior leadership roles with global scope in complex, multi-site, and regulated operating environments.

Indirect Reports: Site-level EHS&S teams across all regions.
Makes hiring and promotional recommendations; conducts performance reviews; approves EHS&S strategy and resource allocation; recommends and approves budget decisions; resolves escalated risk, compliance, and personnel matters.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$178,000.00 - $307,050.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
