Global Head of Employee Communications | Randstad (Global Hub)
Randstad is seeking a Global Head of Employee Communications to serve as the lead architect of our internal narrative. Reporting to the Global Leader of Corporate Affairs, you will translate complex business strategies into human-centric stories to drive culture and engagement across our global workforce.
Location & Working Conditions
Primary Location: Hybrid / Remote - European Time Zones (CET).
Location Signal: Candidates should be based near our Amsterdam Global Hub for hybrid presence or within a country compatible with Central European Time (CET) business hours.
Work Eligibility: Candidates must have the right to work in the Netherlands or a major European market where Randstad has a corporate presence.
What You Will Achieve
In this high-impact role, you will lead an agile team to ensure our "Partner for Talent" strategy is felt and understood by every employee during a period of global transformation. Your primary goal is to drive sentiment and culture through strategic storytelling and leadership advisory.
Key Metrics You’ll Own:
Change Adoption: Accelerating organizational agility by designing high-impact communication strategies.
Engagement Levels: Improving productivity and lowering turnover through transparent, two-way communication.
Strategy Clarity: Ensuring leaders and middle managers globally understand company priorities and what success looks like.
What You Need to Succeed
Education: A Master’s level degree in Communications, HR, or a related discipline.
Experience: 15+ years of relevant communications experience, including significant leadership within a multinational environment
Management Mastery: A proven track record of leading a business or functional area within a complex global matrix.
Communication Skills: Native-level English with the expertise to develop complex plans for M&A and organizational restructures

This position focuses on Strategy, Narrative Architecture, and C-Suite Advisory It is not a junior content production role; it requires a seasoned professional capable of stabilizing a workforce through volatility and utilizing AI-driven tools to innovate global engagement.
