About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Global Head of Dermatological Skincare to lead the strategic direction, innovation pipeline, and global execution of our consumer dermatological skincare portfolio, including Cetaphil. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of science-backed skincare, strengthening our position as a leader in dermatology, and driving sustainable growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the global consumer/dermatological skincare strategy aligned with overall corporate objectives
  • Identify growth opportunities across therapeutic areas, markets, and channels
  • Lead long-term portfolio planning, including lifecycle management and innovation roadmap

Innovation & Product Development

  • Oversee end-to-end product development in collaboration with R&D, clinical, and regulatory teams
  • Drive innovation grounded in dermatological science and patient needs
  • Ensure competitive differentiation and strong clinical evidence across all products

Commercial Excellence

  • Partner with regional and local teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management
  • Optimize global brand positioning and messaging consistency
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine strategies

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
  • Act as a key interface between global headquarters and regional organizations
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture across teams

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), dermatologists, and industry experts
  • Represent the company at global conferences and scientific forums
  • Engage with external partners to drive innovation and strategic collaborations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 12+ years of experience in consumer dermatology, skincare, or related healthcare sectors
  • Proven track record in global consumer product strategy and portfolio management
  • Strong understanding of dermatological science and clinical development
  • Experience leading cross-functional and multicultural teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
