Anticipate risks stemming from regulatory updates, market volatility and public sentiment; prepare pre‑built communication playbooks. Drive factual response to inaccurate reporting and lead trust‑rebuilding communications for internal remediation scenarios.

Direct ownership for HongKong Corporate Affairs & CSR (in‑house, not outsourced) ‑ Represent the organisation at industry forums, regulatory consultations and standard‑setting working groups to strengthen local industry influence. Partner with IR teams on PR‑related elements for HongKong earnings releases and analyst briefings. ‑ Develop and deliver local CSR strategy focused on financial literacy, investor protection, tech‑for‑good and community impact. Roll‑out flagship CSR initiatives including investor education and youth talent programmes, and amplify social impact via PR. Establish measurement frameworks to convert social‑value outcomes into brand trust and goodwill. ‑ Cultivate deep‑running relationships with key HongKong financial media; design local PR events and leverage HongKong's international financial‑centre status to export local success stories into global brand narratives.

Global PR Team Leadership, Collaboration & Budget Management Recruit, develop and performance‑manage the global PR team to build a high‑performing cross‑cultural function. Establish effective working mechanisms between headquarters and regional PR teams to align global strategy with local execution. Conduct post‑campaign reviews, document proven playbooks and replicate successful practices across geographies. Manage annual PR budget and external vendor partners (PR agencies, media monitoring, event suppliers) to deliver measurable ROI.
