Develop and execute technology delivery strategies for business systems, platforms, and processes aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with senior business stakeholders and technology partners to assess demand, evaluate solutions, and support funding decisions.
Drive product and platform strategy by balancing business needs, scalability, reusability, and cost efficiency across markets.
Ensure successful portfolio delivery by meeting timelines, budgets, quality standards, security, and compliance requirements.
Manage strategic partnerships and vendor engagements, including SI partners, to deliver business value and foster innovation.
Oversee platform operations and DevSecOps practices, ensuring system availability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Establish governance, monitor KPIs, and communicate performance to business and technology stakeholders.
Promote innovation, user-centric solutions, and adherence to security, compliance, and company standards while leveraging industry best practices.
