Your responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Growth Planning

• Develop and execute the global Aluminum Cookware growth strategy
• Translate commercial ambitions into actionable growth initiatives
• Identify market share opportunities across regions and channels
• Support annual planning, forecasting, and performance reviews

Market & Channel Development

• Identify growth opportunities across markets, channels, and customer segments
• Expand distribution channels, strategic partnerships, e-commerce, and marketplaces
• Develop scalable growth playbooks and best practices

Commercial Performance Management

• Monitor sales, market share, profitability, and commercial KPIs
• Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions
• Provide transparency on category performance and growth opportunities

Factory Utilization & Demand Creation

• Align commercial growth plans with manufacturing capabilities
• Increase demand and sales volume
• Drive sustainable factory utilization and profitable growth

Product Launch & Innovation Support

• Support the commercialization and launch of new products
• Integrate market and customer insights into innovation planning
• Define growth platforms and hero products
• Ensure successful execution of category launches across markets

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital
• Act as the central commercial contact for the Aluminum Cookware category
• Share best practices and align teams behind strategic priorities

What we’re looking for

• Several years of experience in commercial management, category management, business development, sales, or related functions
• Strong understanding of consumer goods, kitchenware, cookware, or adjacent categories
• Experience working in an international and cross-functional environment
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset
• Experience in driving growth initiatives and translating strategy into execution
• Knowledge of e-commerce, marketplaces, and modern retail channels is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
