About the role

Growth & Foresight Manageris acritical role on theCBIAStrategic GrowthTeam.

You will report toStrategic Growth Director, and responsible foruncovering and interpreting market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and emerging trends to fuelHaleon’slong-term growth

This role offers a unique opportunity towork onhigh-impact projectsandcontributeto the strategicdirection and future success ofHaleon

Role Responsibilities

  • Support theStrategic Growth Directorinidentifyingglobal insight priorities forStrategicand Consumer growth intelligence

  • Proactivelymonitorandidentifyemerging consumer trends, market shifts,and competitive trends globally.Develop plausible future scenarios, explore potentialdisruptionsand help to articulate the ‘whatifsand their implications.

  • Define and execute rigorous pilot methods & analyticalapproaches,leveraginglearning and scaling pilots whereappropriate, generating data points for future investment models

  • Lead ad hoc projects, including managing day-to-day interactions with external service providersof strategic market intelligencefordata,analysisand reporting, ensuring project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectation

  • Conduct in-depth analysisand translate complex data and analytical findingsinto clear, compelling, and actionable narratives

  • Be the business partner forGlobal Categoryand Strategy,educatecross-functional teams onsignals that could shape future demand,fostering a future-oriented mindset across organisation

  • Proactively collect feedback fromcross-Functionalon insights provided, ensuring an iterative process to make sure all insights are relevant and trusted

  • Examplesof projects where theGrowth & ForesightManager willsupportthe Strategic Growth Director:Reach & Access, H4G, BMC tiering,white space scoping,ad-hoc analysis on specific strategic area..

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong business acumen with proven history of translating findings into actionable recommendations with business value attached to them

  • Experience in trend analysis, market intelligence, strategic foresight, or predictive analytics

  • Deep understanding of how to gather, interpret, andleveragemarket data, consumer insights, and behavioural economics to predict future demand

  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organisation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with statistical software (e.g. SPSS, R, Python) or data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)

  • Prior experience in Consumer Health or FMCG, with a focus on brand or innovation analytics

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with, and influence, diverse teams acrossdifferent functionsand geographies, fostering a shared understanding of future opportunities

  • Anatural curiosity about futuregrowthtrends and their strategic implications
