Global Graduate, Demand Planning

Working across the MENAPT region, you'll support data-driven decision-making, improve forecast accuracy, and contribute to projects that enhance supply chain performance and business growth.
About the Role
This role involves supporting the demand planning and S&OP process for MENAPT region, working with cross-functional teams to analyze data, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels. As a Global Graduate in Demand Planning, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
Support demand forecasting activities across the MENAPT region using data analysis and planning tools.
Analyze sales and market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact demand plans.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to gather insights and improve forecast accuracy.
Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards on demand trends, forecast performance, and key planning metrics.
Support demand planning projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.
Manage assigned tasks and projects while building expertise in demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP processes.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms.
Internship, academic project, or work experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or FMCG environments.
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Demand Planning, Forecasting, or S&OP processes.
Experience using Power BI or other data visualization tools.
Exposure to project management or continuous improvement initiatives.
