You will be working in the Global Fund Registrations team of UBS Asset Management (Europe) S.A. (UBS AME), in Luxembourg.
The team is responsible for coordination of the cross-border fund registration and distribution activities of UBS Asset Management and White Label funds worldwide. The team ensures awareness of and adherence to the local requirements to facilitate UBS funds to be marketed in foreign distribution markets.
UBS AME is a company belonging to UBS Asset Management and having the overall responsibility to manage and oversee UBS promoted and third party investment fund structures.
We are a great international team, supporting each other. You will report directly to the team head located in Luxembourg and work closely with team members located in Luxembourg, Poland and Hong Kong, and other teams within UBS as well as with external stakeholders.
• an university degree in economics / business administration (or related field)
• ideally 3-5 years of experience in similar role for Management Company, Audit Firm, Global Distributor, Asset Managers or Large Financial Institution,
• knowledge on fund products (UCITS and AIF)
• experience with offshore fund registrations (UCITS and/or AIF)
• relevant experience in coaching and / or supervising more junior team members; experience in leading a team would be considered an asset
• high level of analytical and project management skills
• audit and risk mindset
• excellent communication skills including writing, presentation and interpersonal
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
• fluent in English; German or French would be considered an asset
