As a Global Freight Rate & Settlement Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate freight invoice processing and robust rate management. You will manage global and regional transportation rates in Molex’s systems (CTSI and SAP), support freight audits, drive resolution of invoice exceptions, and ensure cost visibility across the supply chain. This position also supports RFQ processes, rate uploads, and continuous improvement in freight operations through collaboration with global teams and logistics partners.

Our Team

You will be part of the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE), supporting the Global Freight Settlement function. This role offers close collaboration with Supply Chain Finance, Regional Logistics Managers, Category Managers, and logistics service providers to streamline transportation processes and ensure financial accuracy.

What You Will Do

Rate Management

  • Monitor Freight Rate Management BI daily and obtain missing rates for origin-destination (OD) pairs.
  • Coordinate with regional leads and forwarders to initiate and complete RFQs via DSI, ensuring timely rate finalization.
  • Maintain and upload all RFQ and contract rates for all transport modes into CTSI and SAP.

Freight Settlement & Invoice Audit Support

  • Maintain accurate rate tables and master data in CTSI and SAP for smooth freight invoice auditing.
  • Collaborate with regional logistics teams to resolve invoice exceptions (EH) and reduce recurring issues.
  • Respond to freight-related queries from internal teams and forwarders with clear, timely communication.

Process Improvement & Stakeholder Training

  • Analyze root causes of rate and invoice errors and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain training documentation to support process clarity and team understanding.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in freight audit, rate management, or logistics functions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly in freight and cost analysis.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to work across global teams.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently

What Will Put You Ahead

Strong Excel, Macro, Power automate and Microsoft power BI skills for data management and analysis.Experience in freight forwarding or transportation logistics. Experience working with global teams across time zones and cultures.
