Background
Pepsi Lipton is a joint venture between Unilever and PepsiCo to manufacture and sell iced tea branded products around the world It was established in 1992 and has become the Global leader in RTD IT operating with 3 Power brands Lipton, Pure Leaf, Brisk. It sells mainly Concentrated Kits with a Total Net Revenue of $1.3bln to PepsiCo, Unilever & 3rd party Bottlers that generate a System Net Revenue of $3.6bln.

As a company, the joint venture has its own board of directors. As a global organisation the variation in countries, bottlers and manufacturing sites makes this a very exciting place to work. Main Purpose
This role assists in managing the FP&A agenda for the Global JV, working closely with the regional and global finance teams. Key deliverables include actuals & forecast reporting, in year performance management, annual operating plan/targets and strategic planning, and overheads/G&A management. It also provides Finance business partnering support to the CMO and Global Marketing/Insights teams on commercial marketing activities, spend & annual budgets.

Accountabilities
• Assist in managing the Pepsi Lipton Annual operating plan process, including calendar, templates, communication, target setting, P&L consolidation, risk and oops and delivery of the final algorithm.
• Manage the monthly reporting analysis, identifying key drivers vs prior year, forecast and AOP, identifying and highlighting risks & opportunities to the financial algorithm.
• Assist in managing the forecasting process through the year, ensuring integrity of the consolidation, helping in preparing the review deck for CFO and CEO sign off. Manage the communication to PEP EUR for Global HQ forecasting.
• Advance the Finance digitization in the FP&A function through development of the planning and consolidation tool, partnering with the parent companies on data transparency and through leveraging Power Bi to replace manual excel reporting.
• Business partner the CMO, Head of insights and marketing teams. Manage the overall PLI Support Centre budget and provide financial input/guidance on the A&M non-working, ROI, and d comm.
Participate in Monthly Marketing Leadership Meeting to provide clarity on financial performance and the financial agenda.
• Business partners the Global Senior Innovation Director, providing financial support and guidance on the health of the innovation funnel. Assist in preparing the financials for the quarterly GILT meetings.
• Prepare the detailed Global Overheads annual plan & allocations; track monthly actuals vs Forecast; identify cost optimization; digitalise the current process.

Business skills
• Strong background in Finance with proven business acumen and with previous experience in FP&A and business partnering
• Understanding of Beverage industry, Total system & bottler economics, franchise experience could prove useful
• Experienced in building / maintaining management information system, with the ability to embrace and drive forward the digital agenda, bringing a cohesiveness to multiple streams across FP&A
• Proven ability to work in a matrix organization (cross-functional / cross-border) with multiple stakeholders / levels of alignment within the PepsiCo system, Unilever and Pepsi Lipton.
• Excellent business modeling, storytelling and presentation skills

• Committed team player who can work / contribute as part a small team and deliver through others across a multi geographical PLI team
