This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving business development, market penetration, customer success, and long-term growth in the digital printing space for footwear.
The primary goal of this role is to define and execute a go-to-market strategy, shape the product roadmap, and deliver measurable revenue growth. He / She requires deep market insight, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:
· Build and lead Kornit’s footwear business from the ground up, with full ownership of strategy, execution, and results.
· Develop and execute a penetration strategy for key markets, with a focus on APAC.
· Drive business development and identify high-potential opportunities across footwear brands, manufacturers, and creators.
· Define and evolve the product roadmap in collaboration with R&D, marketing, and product teams to meet market needs.
· Establish and maintain strategic customer relationships, ensuring retention and long-term success.
· Collaborate with regional and global teams to align on priorities and accelerate growth.
· Monitor and report on revenue performance, pipeline development, and market feedback.
· Represent Kornit in industry forums, trade shows, and customer engagements to position the brand as a leader in digital footwear printing.

Qualifications & Skills:
· Proven experience in business development, sales, or category management, ideally in capital equipment or footwear-related industries.
· Strong understanding of footwear supply chains, manufacturing trends, and market dynamics.
· Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
· Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
· English is a must
